Billing
- Our service fees are billed monthly through our billing office. These are separate from charges you may receive from the hospital or other facilities and physicians associated with your care. Your initial statement will contain a complete itemization of charges. All charges are due and payable within 30 days of receipt.
- If financial difficulties or hardship exist, please call our billing department at (616) 974-4505 to arrange a payment plan.
